LOL, My tickers will not move up unless I gain more than 5 pounds. Otherwise if I gain anything less than 5 lbs, then my ticker remains until I get below it again.
I think it's a mental thing for me. I am more determined to get back down to where I was when it stares at me like that. If I see it go up then it's a reminder to me of "failure" even if it's a little one, which then turns into depression and then a spiral.
My ticker actually needs to be less. I should fix that! Been so busy today I haven't been online much.
I am a mom of 8 children, who has pretty much devoted her time and energy to her family and has ignored herself.
I am 36 years old and have struggled with my weight ever since I can remember. Well after about the 5th grade really.
I reached my highest weight ever this past 2008 holiday season which prompted me to once and for all do something about it. I've tried in the past but always failed or got pregnant and put the weight back on.
I got down to 187 and then went back up to 191. I'm going to pretend i haven't weighed myself since Monday. LOL
